2. Orders & Personalisation

​

• Orders are confirmed once you receive an email from us.

• For personalised products, please check spelling and details carefully. We engrave exactly as provided and cannot accept responsibility for errors made by the customer.

• Once production begins on a personalised product, cancellations are not possible.

 

3. Prices & Payment

​

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

• Payment must be made in full at checkout.

 

4. Delivery

​

• We aim to dispatch within the stated processing times (see Shipping Policy).

• Delivery times are estimates only; delays outside our control are not our responsibility.

 

5. Returns & Cancellations

• Non-personalised products: 14-day cancellation right (see Returns Policy).

• Personalised products: non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

 

6. Liability

​

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is the price paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
